upgrade from mivoice Business Express v9 to v10

1. connect to mivoice and create backup of callserver *.tar to your local disk
2. backup from server-manager must be present in mitelbackups/customerfolder
3. deploy ova Micollab-v10 with restore option checked in vmware and a unused temp ip address 85.93.214.x
4. deploy ova MiVoice-v10 as a new intall with the curtrent production mivoice ip address . do not startup this vm.
5. start new MiCollab-v10 vm and restore from backup of v8
6. all setting in miCollab should be ok, just modify the old admin password to the new one
7. add the new ARID if old licence was from Damovo
8. when old MiVB Express v8 is of, start new MiVoice-v10 vm
9. configure the new MiVoice-v10 server-manager settings as always (web server certificate, networks, email,backup)
10. connect to MiVoice with default password modifiy password
11. restore MiVoice with backup *.tar saved in 1)
12. reconnect to MiVoice with password of old v8 MiVoice and modify password to new one in System Settings
13. in new Micollab-v10 go to Useres/Network elements and adapt miVoice system password to new password
