With constant usage, SD (regular quality) channels can consume up to 1.3 GB per hour, HD channels up to 2.3 GB per hour and FHD channels up to 3.7 GB per hour. These are only average figures.

Specifically for mobile use, in our Android and iOS apps, you have the option of setting the bit rate from high to low. This can be configured in the app settings.
